Default I’m interested in knowing how you could go about simulating a government/laws in this game.
I’m working on a world at the moment, and I would like it to have some kind of government system, and a way of having laws. I have been wondering how I could achieve something like that, using mods. I was thinking of using the caste system that comes with NRAAS story progression, but I’m not really sure that’s how it works. I could be wrong, but it seems like it only impacts non active sims.

I am also just interested in knowing, if anyone does simulate governments and laws in their games, how they go about it. I’ve seen several threads on here discussing this in relation to the sims 2, but not for 3. Thanks!
