Hi all,

Just got a new computer and was eager to start playing the Sims on it. Now I've been playing since it came out so bought a lot of the Store content and have a few mods I like to use, these are all currently installed on my OLD computer so I do have the package files there at least. Moving over to this new laptop I've now noticed that when I go to download stuff from the store or exchange it appears in my downloads folder but doesn't actually install. It does begin the process/greys out/has a little spinny wheel then just goes back to normal. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong guys?

Check that you don't have your Sims 3 files saved to/ synching with OneDrive, as that could prevent the game from accessing or modifying files. Also check that your antivirus isn't blocking or scanning the files you download.
