I have Lisen's default flags installed, but they don't apply to the flags on the Appaloosa Plains Town Hall. I'm just wondering if there are any defaults for these specific flags, or if there's a tutorial for me doing it myself? Thank you in advance to anyone who can help

Texture replacements like this are super easy! All you need is S3PE and a program that can open and save dds images (setting that up the first time might be the hardest part - I had to download some stuff from nvidia, but it's probably easier with newer operating systems & graphics programs).

You can set the S3PE filter to eg "hall", which is what I did, but it's not necessary if you're willing to wait for a longer loading time and to scroll and hunt. So, load the Pets fullbuild0 (in the installed pack\GameData\Shared\Packages folder) in S3PE, with or without the filter, and find the img with the name I gave you (careful because there's two called rails, but you'll see - one has the flag, and one doesn't). Right click on it and export to file. Save that file with that name S3PE gives somewhere you can work on it (not the end of the world if you mess up the name, but adds another step). Close S3PE for now. When you've got your new dds, open S3PE, open a new file, and then import from file your saved dds. Save this package - that's your replacement! Super easy! Install the normal way. To get it to show up, you'll probably have to clear your objects cache for the world

(If you lost the dds file name somewhere along the way, it's fine - just find and export it again and this time don't lose it lol, and just copy the name across to your replacement and import it. That filename has all the info S3PE needs to properly make/replace the resource. You can do it by hand, but it's a pain and there's no reason!)

Update - I did it! My Canadian Sims are happy lol. I'll attach the package just in case anybody else wants this for whatever reason
