I first started working on my Notebook Injector back in 2022.

At the time, I needed a way to add new entries to The Sims 4 Notebook, but the system was quite limited and EA had not really designed it to be extended easily by mod creators. I needed solutions for things such as adding longer text, creating more than seven categories, and adding custom notebook content without replacing large parts of the original system.

That is why I began developing my own framework.

Not long after that, I stepped away from The Sims 4 modding for a while, and the project was left unfinished.

Recently, I felt like returning to mod creation, so I decided to pick up the project where I had left it. Since then, I have been refining it, improving its reliability, and updating it to support the newer notebook features introduced by EA, which are thankfully much better than the original system.

The mod is now almost ready, and I expect to release it within the next few days.

The modder guide is over 40 pages long and includes a dedicated 'CUSTOM' entry class designed to make it easier to use everything the Notebook UI can display.
