Wider doors?
Just wondering if it's possible to make a wider door (maybe the size of around one and a half tile) on two tiles, that opens on one hinge like a regular one-tile door.
I mostly find one-tile doors, one-tile doors centered on two tiles, or double-doors, so nothing much I can poke at to see how it's been done (would love some links if there are any examples, because so far I haven't found any)
I've never made doors before, which kind of is also why I'm a bit unsure about this. Probably would've made some already if the meshes weren't so weird. I think I'll figure out the wall cutouts, but the mesh displacement of the door frame and door + whether I'll need to do something with the hinge/animation throws me off a bit.
I've found an older window tutorial that says it works for doors too, but I'm not entirely sure if it's enough for this project (if anyone has some links to tutorials for making doors, or anything else that could help with the wider door problem, that's much appreciated).
I have more or less readied the mesh I want to use, so it's separated into the needed pieces (north/south pieces, but not currently with the correct placement), it's mostly the "put it together" and the "make it wider and actually work" that's the issue.
