Default Unable to reset password for old account.
I have an old account here (16 yrs). I was unable to receive the password reset email, and am not able to get in. I have tried quite a few times over the last couple months. I just never get the actual e-mail. I am unable to post for help so I made a new account. I would like to restart my old account though. May I get help here?

The username for the old account is Hisui_hana. I made a few items here about 16 years ago for Sims 3.
