Hey, I’ve been scrolling through all these threads about site issues and community drama—what if we turned those frustrations into something lighter? Has anyone ever met up with someone they clicked with over a shared passion, just to unwind and pass the time?

I thought it was just to unwind and pass the time, anyway. I joined a forum for people who use the Gimp image editing program, and had lots of fun and ended up flying to England to meet up with another forum member. We celebrate our ten year anniversary this autumn.
