Hey, I brought this up on the thread over here but there seems to be no conclusion to it in the thread over there so I guess I'll start a new thread over here.
Does anyone know what's going on with Nrass's ErrorTrap? Because it makes my TS3 game unable to boot right now; it gives a popup saying that one of the package is oudated or something (& yes, I isolated it to be the Nraas ErrorTrap download, because once i removed it, the game happens to boot.

For context, as I said in the previous thread, for some reason, I'm unable to access the Nraas site from where I'm at (in Hong Kong); it says I've been blocked. But even with the Sim File Share site was referred to, the ErrorTrap download over there still renders my game to be unable to boot.

I assume that the Error Trap download is still an essential mod for smooth gameplay (otherwise, I wouldn't still be trying to attain it), but if it is outdated & unnecessary, do fill me in & let me know also. Otherwise, let me know where I can get the most updated version (which presumably still allows my game to boot up).

What version of Sims 3 are you running, 1.67 or 1.69? Steam or EA or disk?

EA App - v 1.69
Mac version (x64 bit) - v 1.70
Disk and Steam - both for v 1.67

You have to choose the right variant here.

I downloaded my TS3 from Steam.

OK, try this version of Errortrap, which is the latest Steam version from the site:

Also try sending a pm to Chain_Reaction, the block could be an error and he will usually fix it fairly quickly.

Chain_Reaction is one of lead developers and admin in the NRaas community.

Before asking anyone you can try to use VPN or enter the page trough Tor browser and set the search results to another country (to Bulgaria for example).
