Hi. I know there are a lot of gardening mods out there, but I am not finding the following and I don't know if they have ever been created. If they haven't I would like suggestions on how to do a workaround without using SimPE as I don't even know how to begin with that program. lol.

1.) The gardener:

* Is there any way to get the gardener to stop watering crops if there is a sprinkler already doing it? I'm thinking he may not water anything at all if he finds a sprinkler on the lot and that can cause the rest of small flowers and shrubs to be neglected? Because he spends all day in my greenhouse and all my other flowers are dying.

* When I have crops outside a greenhouse with a sprinkler, plus rain, plus gardener = soggy overwatered plants.

* is there any way to speed him up. he tends to the garden/plants/raking/ everything very very slowly. I love lots of plants in my lots especially when I play Riverblossom Hills and half my plants are always dying. I even have the Gardener every day mod and this still isn't enough. plus I have the mod where he stays till 8pm.

* I do want the gardener to do things like weeding and trimming, but just not watering if there is a sprinkler that just watered the crops.

* In winter the gardener will walk back and fourth over and over in the same spot and garden nothing until night time.

2.) The butler:

* He fights with my gardener to water the crops and they always end up soggy. even though there is a sprinkler in the greenhouse/plot. Sometimes watering the same plant that the gardener just watered! The butler is obsessed with gardening and neglects cleaning the rest of the house.
