Default Purple flashing in single neighborhood
I have TS2 on Win11 (AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor, RAM 32 Gt, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060), I've applied the 4GB patch and I use Graphics Rules Maker. The game has been working perfectly for two years, but suddenly purple flashing started in one neighborhood.

It happened for the first time when I had built a house and returned to the neighborhood view. When I visited another neighborhood and came back to this one, the neighborhood looked normal, but when I did something else and returned to this neighborhood again, it started flashing purple again, and now it's been like that the whole time. All neighborhood decoration objects are flashing, as well as some random objects on lots. Other neighborhoods work fine, as do lots in lot view.

So far I've tried:
- deleting the accessory and groups cache files
- disabling all CC
- checking and trying different settings in Graphics Rules Maker (texture memory is already set to match my card, 12115 Mb)
- increasing Windows' virtual memory

The neighborhood in question does have many (and some fairly large) lots and deco, and I do have a lot of CC installed, so I'm assuming this is related to the game's memory usage. Is there anything else I can try besides sticking to smaller neighborhoods? I was actually planning to build even more on this one

You can read all about Pink Soup (purple flashing) and try out a fix for it here:
