Default NPC controller
can't find mod by CJH called "no elders any gender.package" that is supposed to stop generation of NPC elders. Also, how to get rid of NPC generation; I have "no redundancy" and some other mods that are supposed to stop generation to these townies, and have tried killing them off..but more are generated.
Stand up, speak out. Just not to me..
