Default CC Lamp custom recolors aren't working properly?
The set I'm recoloring: http://www.parsimonious.org/furnitu...-Solar_Bug.html

I can recolored the rest of this set so far with no issue...but the lamp for some reason I am able to recolor it in SimPE, but...it still shows up as green? Like you can see the recolored version of it in the thumbnail in-game, but it still shows up as green?

This is the table lamp, I can assume the wall lamp will have the same issues.

It's supposed to an alien antenna, not...something else

I included files of both the original lamps, the wall and the table. And my recolor of the table lamp

Have you checked the rest of the parameters in the TXMT? It's possible one of the parameters is coloring the item (though I can't see any obvious ones that are green).

Other than that, I can't spot any obvious issues in yours or the original files. They seem to have been set up properly (unless there's a spelling bug or some such that's well hidden).

Default The original creator of the set did make their own recolors, I tried them out and...
Before I thought if my own table lamp recolor is having issues, then maybe the recolor that the creator made themselves might work...well they don't. At least for the table lamp. For some reason the table lamp had both a blue and red recolor but only the red shows up in my game? I also thought if the table lamp recolor is having issues then the wall lamp will too, but it's working fine.

So something fishy is going on if the creator's OWN recolor of the table lamp is acting weird

Seems to be some sort of name issue with the blue table lamp, at least. The blue and red recolors have different base name strings (one is missing "lightingfloorquaint", and all of them appear to be missing some of the TXTR names when you recolor them), and the blue one also has a different subset name from the rest of the table lamp recolors.

There is something fishy going on with the naming all over, but I can't quite pinpoint what. Could be a naming bug from when they cloned the item or something, because when I clone that same item they used as a base, I don't get the same issue with missing parts of the filenames when recoloring. I think it's a "bug" that sometimes happens if you're not careful with keeping the _ and - and [ ] in the right places in the mesh file. It can mess with SimPE's naming system for recoloring and such, by leaving out parts of the filenames, or messing them up.

(A while back I came across an object I wanted to recolor, and it had something similar of an issue. Ended up recloning the item because I'd already spent several hours trying to fix the thing + testing, with absolutely no progress and even making things worse at some point. Never managed to figure out what the issue was, but reasonably sure it had to do with how everything was named. The whole thing was a mess... Could have saved me a lot of work, because cloning from scratch took me maybe a couple minutes )
