Default Premium Entrepreneur (Premium Content orientated Challenge)
Couldn't find a better flag for the category of a challenge (since its kinda revolves around one lot), but this challenge can also be incorperated (to a certain extent, based on how its possible by your privileged conditions) into other challenges if you don't own a lot of premium content. However, for those who do have just premium contents, but not expansion packs - this might be even more fun and challenging to play

Basically, to make it clear: premium content are The Sims 3 Store purchased objects (that sometimes come with downloadable venues or words), that add new gameplay mechanics, interactions and animation (like message chairs, roller coasters, chicken coops and etc., to name a few). A full list of these objects can be found here:

LIST OF ALL PREMIUM CONTENT (LOOK THROUGH ALL FOUR CATEGORIES)

To make it short and clear (broken keyboard paired with second language makes it worse to explain in coherent structured paragraphs), the point of the challenge and the rules are summarize in these list of bullet points:
  • Create a Middle/Low Class Family (better if its a Single Sim Household)
  • Put them in a residential lot, that corresponds to their (starter) Net Worth funds (in short: don't cheat/kaching/motherlode/exploit)
  • Now the fun part: you can't make money through vanilla means (having a job, painting, selling seeked collectibles etc.) – it has to be made through premium objects[/i] (milk cows, harvest eggs from chicken coop, make jams, make glass items, rebuild vintage upper class, run bistro/savvy business etc.
  • Exception to things that make very large sum with no effort (so no built-in casinos or slot machines in your world, or sell stuff on rugs for higher price). Rely on your sense as I haven't explorer all objects for possible exploitations
  • Now you will be investing all the money to purchase a large-size personal lots (preferably commerial lot that can be purchased under real estate, but second home also works), and plop down these premium objects for guest to use them (pro tip: you can also challenge yourself decorating and designing that lot with just TS3STORE BOUGHT CONTENT, LIKE WALLPAPER AND COUCHES FROM THE STORE to keep with the vibe).
  • The challenge end goal is to have lot filled with ALL the PREMIUM CONTENT that you own (and yes, that includes the SPELL BOOK and FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH) on your second property. How this lot will look like, if hypothetical scenario is you own all the content, the lot will have to include:
  1. A Complete Rollercoaster
  2. A Complete Farm
  3. A Complete Gondola river system thingy
  4. All magic stuff with spell book & dragons
  5. deadly Grim Reaper Door, cowplant
  6. Sauna stuff
  7. Toy machine, glass bowing, cauldron, canning station, wood fire oven and teppanyaki grill
  8. A functional bistro, bakery, movie theater (with vip entry system in affect), and a bontique store
  9. Carnival: whack a set, pinballs, gumball, hipnotizer and hot air balloon
  10. Basketball hoop and machine
  11. Bohemian plantables, gardening station and harvest stands
  12. Recreational activities, like surfing station, rock0climbing wall, ballet, archery, car restoration etc. etc.
  13. Wishing well, prosperity lunar lake tree, pet feeder, public showers of both types
  14. Small premium appliances, popcorn maker, not so routine machine & robotic toilet, tablet
  15. A full fledge casino can be build at the end of the challenge, just in case you don't yearn jackpots of money in the midst of playing this.

I have set the assignment of this lot to Arcade, as it seem fitting for me The screenshot is there to help you see how do the set pieces of routable motor vehicles go (putting it aside that the tracks just glitch out to invisibility for some reason haha)

P.S. Sorry for my bad english.
