I found this cool house that I would like to change into a dorm and put on exsiting lot. I changed the door and stove but when I put in on one of the exsiting lot it cost $60,000 Is there a way I can change it so students show up and wth out having to pay $60,00? You helped me with my last problem I am hoping you can help me again.
P.S. what is SimPe? I am new playing sims. and my husband set it up for me but he has no idea what SimPE is? and I am not very good with the computer.

to change the house to a dorm, while in the house press shift, ctrl and c to bring up the cheat box at the top of your game screen
then type in: changelotzoning dorm (if that doesn't work try again with changeLotZoning dorm some seem to work with capitals in, some with lower case)

exit the lot and then return to it. it should now be the dorm you want
