After years of fun with creating, the sims, and this site, I will be retiring on the 18th. After starting college and having many things to do I have found that I have little to no free time to allow me to create new mods and to even update the ones I already have. It was a pleasure to meet you all, enjoy your company and all of the help you have given me. I hope that my mods especially TS3 Magic has inspired many and given new things for down-loaders to do. I'm sorry that I will not be updating any of my mods or adding new things to TS3 Magic that I have been meaning to.

With my retirement I give permission for my mods to be updated by others allowing them to work with any new patches that come out so that all can enjoy the mods that I have started. New changes are allowed to my mods as well with the updates. Please add a link back to the original thread and give me credit for the creation of the original mod. I am sure that there are many of you who could create profound additions to these mods to continue their greatness.
