What kind of homes are you looking to download?

Would you prefer....

1) A house on a big or small plot? (If so what size)
2) A small starter home or a mansion
3) A modern or traditional home?

Also

4) How much furnishing should the lot have? Do you prefer a place which is fully furnished, part furnished, or non-furnished?

5) How many bedrooms and bathrooms are needed?

6) Is the price of the house important? If so what kind of price range do you tend to look at?

7) Finally, would you ignore a lot if it had too much custom content?

I will be extremely happy if you could fill out some, if not all of the questions

My oh my, it's been a while since I've logged on here, but it's great to be back :D.

I've decided to return, as I've regained the hope of becoming a successful "sim architect" on this lovely site .

At the moment, I've got two houses which I'm planning to send to moderation very soon (exciting huh?)

The first one is called 'Isfahan', which is named after the bustling and architecturally stunning city in Iran, and is more or less finished.

The second design, called 'Ahvaz' is also named after a very lively city in Iran (see a theme running here :D).
This home is miles away from being complete, so the finished product may change quite a bit.

Like with all my previous designs, these are very modern homes, and I think they will do moderately well on here (fingers crossed).

Anyhoo, here are some pics of them, at their current stages, and I know this is a rubbish excuse, but the pics for the first home are a bit rubbish, as I rushed it, but on the finished product, I promise a gleaming and beautiful array of photography.

Oh! and don't forget to post your opinions below please :D
