Fit; it's what every sim needs to be and Silver's Gym & Health Club is the only place a sim needs to go to achieve that perfect body. There are 22 exercise machines, 8 Electro-dance spheres and a two-story giant-screened aerobics studio for those who want to sweat off the pounds. Others may prefer to swim in the “Olympic size” swimming pool or lounge in one of the many (14) hot tubs. (Private tub rooms are available.) All that exercise is bound to cause hunger and thirst so be sure to visit the lounge and the full service restaurant upstairs. Who says your sim has to go home…

… Add a few hacks and they may not but there are no hacks included in this package. I will point out that this five story building is frame-rate intensive. You should pause and adjust your view until you are inside the building as the outside view will halt and jerk on some machines due to the transparency and reflections. I call this version 1.03 with 1.00 being the original. The original had no visible wall space, all walls were covered in the floor to ceiling mirrors that came with NL, the lounge and top floor were equipped with the colored ceiling lights for nightclubs and the private tub rooms had the lit floor panels. Worked ok in build mode but it locked up when played (turning on a TV within view of a mirror would cause a crash.) Versions 1.01 and .02 were reworks to remove most of the mirrors and all the custom content (added when the mirrors were removed) that was not needed to maintain the integrity of the overall structural concept of the building’s design.

About the screenshots: Any cars and Sims you see are not included in the file. They were chosen to be in the shot due to the fact the car they owned looked good in

front of the building (you can get the Porsche and the BMW in the auto section here.) Most of the screens are v1.02 so if you see a picture on the wall it will not

be in the file (it’s a franchise, the owner needs to decorate a little.) The front view with the blue sky background was taken in the final tests on v1.03 (more for

a true profile than anything.)

Warning: This building works fine in my game (vanilla+NL) but will occasionally jerk if I go outside (low) from a distance but inside it runs just fine. I use a

custom camera (not included) on a P4 2.66 GHz, 1 GB RAM and an old FX5200 video card. If you are running much less than that I would recommend (with my apology)

that you do not download and run this in your game as you could experience some hanging.

For those whose systems can handle it, I hope you enjoy it. My Sims woohooed in most of the hot tubs during testing, swam in the pool, ate, drank, watched/exercised

in front of the big-screen, etc, they like it. The only thing I can think of that I haven’t tested is a public whoohoo on the third floor. The building was made

with a city environment in mind but it could have some potential in a neighborhood environment given the right background.

Custom Content Included:
  • Numenor’s WallWindow; only the files used are included. It is strongly recommended that you read the thread there and I personally recommend you download the complete updated package (if you haven’t done so already) as they are superb.
  • Targa's Ascension V2 "elevator" (?) again, only the file used is included. You should really get them all; stairs are just a waste of space.
  • Deep lawn By TheSeraph9000. I’m not sure where this carpet came from (the “grass” outside the building) but the creator goes by seraph9k here.
  • The giant TV came from Bomb5423’s Movie Theater arcade hotel she didn’t give a credit for it so I can’t either but if anyone knows, please let me know and I will credit it here. It does work in NL though.

There is no custom content by me other than the design of the building.

The rar file, when uncompressed, weighs about 8.5 MB before installation.

I hope that at least some of you enjoy it.
