A ship-shaped dorm in 2x4 lot. 8 bedrooms on the middle floor, 4 bathrooms on the lower and middle floor, cafeteria and study room on the lower floor, and gym and entertainment room on the upper floor. Basic items for building all skills are provided.

Notice a blue bench behind the cafeteria? I forgot that a hanging telephone was placed on the wall there, and the bench would block the way to the phone. So, you might either remove that blue bench or place the phone somewhere else.
