The Castle on 4x4 Lot (Need Uni.)

At first I'd wait until NL releases so that there would be more furniture and building tools, but since I've completed this lot already, I decided to upload it here right now. This is a 4 stories castle on 4x4 lot. The price is 620,227 and it is fully furnished and decorated (you can still add or remove something). Be sure that your computer is fast enough or this castle might make your game slow.

- The top floor is the private chamber of the king and the queen with two separated bathrooms (The screenshot is upside down to the real one: it is to show you that there's a plasma tv set in this room).

- The third floor is the throne hall with two waiting rooms in front of and at the back of it.

- The second floor contains four private chambers for the princes and the princesses (and consort, maybe?). Each room is painted differently and has its own bathroom.

- The first floor contains a kitchen and dining room (upper left room), a spa and exercise room (upper right room), a library (lower left room), and a recreation room (lower right room).

- On the first floor of the four directional towers are guest bathrooms and on top of them are the observation areas with telescopes. The other floors are just the staircases.

The floor plans are not so complicated as they look. Besides, there are many, and enough, stairs so that sims in this castle can access any floor within few minutes (in game). Don't forget to hire a gardener to water the flowers and cut bushes in the garden.

One more thing: I forgot to place telephones and security systems (thief and fire), so you can place them anywhere you want. Sorry for inconvenience.
