This is my last création... That dorm is floating !!!
To reduce the file, I had to remove the windows...So that dorm is not furnished... Be careful, I let the lot as résidential to let you do the modifications (add the windows) so you'll have to do the code to transform this lot as a dorm lot... (changelotZoning dorm)
There's only floors and walls I've made...Under the house, you'll see a great garden where you'll can put flowers and trees...
I hope you like because I work a long time to do it !!!!
