This was requested by Marron15. It is just kavar's mesh with bangs added, edited with his permission.
I thought it looked sort of vampire-ish and looked like a sort of male style-type hair for a vampire, so that's where it's name comes from.
It's a new mesh, so it doesn't require kavar's mesh. Which means you can have this and not his and it still will work. (although it doesn't hurt to have such good work
)
It should work without expansions.
