Here's a long sleeve corsetted dress, for your sim ladies using Warlokk body meshes in the following sizes;

34c(enh) 32
34c(enh) 36
36d 36
38dd(nat) 36
38dd(nat) 38

You will need the correct mesh size for these to show up, so grab the files from the link to Warlokk's great meshes
