I have created this new creepy mansion based on my new horror theme project. Here is a description:

This house is made up of 3 floors and an attic.
There are 30 rooms and the attic.
Both University and Nightlife are required to install.
The house costs exactly 208, 911 Simoleons, and is unfurnished.

There is no custom content at all, although I have still run it through Clean Installer. There is a large greenhouse in the grounds based on the large ones on the fourth Harry Potter video game.
