This is a medium-sized, downtown mall on a 3x3 lot.

Shops: Clothing store, game store with an electronics kiosk, magazine store and a grocery store.

Other features include: a full-service restaurant, an arcade, a courtyard, a reading room/library (with a chess table) and a karaoke bar.

The only custom content in this mall are some of the walls and floors that were made by me. I ran it through Clean Installer, and it was fine.

You must have both University and Nightlife in order to use this lot in your game.
