This is my first lot I have uploaded here, critisizm is welcome. This is my first attempt at curved roofs.

This lot also requires university, and is hack free with no custom objects. Just custom walls, floors, and terrains.

This is well landscaped, it also has a little cafe, clothing store, media store, and an outdoor eating area. It also has an outdoor bar.
