Mod The Sims - Summer's Ranch

Okay this is a home that I created one day when I was trying to make a story. It is basically a small rancher home located at the foothills of a mountain, which has a waterfall at the back, a picnic area at the top, and many trails and paths leading around the lot. Lots of landscaping. Furnished, but not with expeensive furniture [it was going to be a starter home but the landscaping raised the cost]. I hope you like it!
