Third Sleepy Hollow inspired lot. It's a small 2 storey house with a large barn, paddock and small kitchen garden.

3x3 lot, 26000 unfurnished with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom in the main house. The barn is positioned for easy conversion into a useable garage but it's big enough to be used for just about anything.


Custom recolours included - 2 poured walls, 2 wooden walls, 1 wood floor, 1 door and 1 window, all by me. (Apart from the poured walls, they're the same ones used in my first 2 Sleepy Hollow lots). No Hacks!
