Description:

Brianne is a beautiful, modern family home which features clean lines, large windows and a beautiful outdoor entertaining area. This two storey home is ideal for the small, but affluent sim.

The lower level features a large living room, study, dining hall with bar, bathroom and kitchen. The study, dining hall and kitchen all have doors leading to the pool and outdoor entertainment area. The upper level has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom as well as a family lounge overlooking the entrance hall below.

The house features a beautifully landscaped garden. To the rear of the home is a large pool, with gazebo. There is also a zen-like garden as well a hot tub. The home is fully furnished with Maxis content and is best suited to a family of 4-5 sims. The house is built on a 3x3 lot and there is room for further expansion.
