I know there's a couple of these around already, but I thought I'd add my own to the selection. This is a decorative "For Sale" sign, perfect for adding to new, ready-to-move-in lots. It has a minor cost (5 simoleans) and can be sold upon moving in to the lot.

I've tried to keep the UV mapping as simple as possible to make this as easy to recolor as I can. This sign could easily be adapted to almost any application.
