Splitsville is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath starter home costing $18,311. No custom content has been used, but building elements such as half walls do require NL.

Thanks to Niol and his/her tutorial ( found in Build Mode Tutorials ) on building a garage along with a house on a foundation. I adapted it to use in making split level homes. Works like a charm.
