Well, I know there are several other Chii's around the site, but as soon as I saw Chii's hair at Rose's site, I just HAD to make her. I'm pretty happy with the result, and so I decided to upload her 
She's really sweet and adorable ingame, and just makes you want to go 'awwww'. If you change her makeup and clothing, she'd make a really good Freya too, since she's so pouty and sad-looking.
- Skintone is by the marvelous Oepu (check out her other skintones) http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=84641
- Eyes are by the wonderful Aura at Sims2 Heaven and are NOT included. However, you can download them here (It's the last pair of eyes on page 1). http://www.zifengling.com/all_gene.asp
- Gorgeous subtle blush by wonderful helaene. http://www.helaene.com/
- The simply magnificent hair that inspired this sim is by the awe-inspiring Rose at RoseSims2. You MUST download the mesh in order for the hair to appear. You also need Rose's mesh for Chii's ears, it's under accessories. http://www.rosesims2.net/
- Eyelashes by SussisSoGoodSims (you simply must check out the other things she's made). http://www.sussissogoodsims2.com/MakeupEyes.html
- Extremely gorgeous eyeshadow by Katherine at Sims Beauty. http://www.simsbeauty.net/
- Detailed lips are by Shannera, but I can't seem to find its origin. I got the lips from a sim here on MTS2, so if you know what site the lips orginally came from, please tell me and I'll give credit.
- The gorgeous dress Chii wears is NOT included, neither are her ears ( I wasn't sure about the redistributating policy). They were made by the lovely vicvic616, who also made a whole collection of gorgeous outfits for Chii.
