The New You - Upscale Plastic Surgery

I wanted to build this because I wasn’t exactly happy with my old one. Since I built my original clinic, the styles of buildings I like have changed – plus I wanted to use some of the building techniques I have learned and use more custom objects. It was built on the smallest square lot aka the second to smallest lot.
