Presenting a manageable car lot for your enterprising sims. While experimenting with selling cars I've noticed that big is not always better (chasing around the customers was so frustrating). So I scaled down my lot size and inventory and chose to specialize in only selling Hunkas, mainly because they are the most expensive. This is what I came up with.

Nice features include an office with a tiny back room big enough for a bed, men's and women's restrooms, lounge area, and an elevated showcase display area.

The only custom content is the exterior wallpaper made by me and it is included in the download.

Hint: I've noticed that pricing these cars at "very expensive" works great. They seem to sell like hotcakes! I recovered my investment in only a few sessions
