This is a car dealership I made for my niece.

First floor contains one car rotating display perfect for Hunka 711 or any custom expensive car, cashier table, staff room
Second floor contains pool table, men & women restrooms
Outdoor contains space for 4 cars with snapdragon bouquet to make the customers always in good mood.

I try to minimize using custom materials, so this lot only has one custom material New OFB Ergo windows 2-tile Rectangular by zeroth
(not included).

Checked with Clean Installer , and hack free.
