Hello! Here is my first House upload on MTS2... Other 2 were Dorms, so they don't count as Houses . Here is the basic info:

* 60,005$
* Unfurnished house, except for the gazebo which has a hot tub!
* Includes 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
* ALL content is Maxis original, NO custom content whatsoever!
* Yard and interior not decorated, so you can make it your own (white walls inside, green outside, Hardwood throughout)

I put in descriptive shots of where the rooms have been designed to be, but feel free to change it around! Send me pics when you have finished furnishing, always nice to see how people decorate your creations, to me at least!
Let me know what you think, all the comments I can get to make it better shall be welcomed! If you guys like this one, I got a new one, WAY bigger than this house ready to be uploaded also!
