Tower House II

This is a Nightlife/ OFB upgrade of my original Tower House home.

New features:
-Attached two car garage
-Elevator in the tower
-Observation sky-deck
-Activity deck
-Dojo like Jacuzzi/ workout room
-Zen meditation garden (close to the garage so your Sim can zip off to work in a great mood)
-Furnished! (at least you'll know what I had in mind when I laid out the place)
-Space so you can add a small home business

The Zen garden is pretty flexible. You can put the Jacuzzi in the center of it, or you can use it as a practice area for your teens garage band...uh, Zen garden band. They can call themselves Zen Garden! I guess you could even have a party there with the DJ station.

The regular stats:
-4 bedrooms (I double up the kids in the bedroom near the mom and dad. The teens get the rooms further away on the wing)
-5 bathrooms
-Liv/ din/ open plan
-rear deck for outdoor cooking
-swimming pool and plenty of room for the kids to play outdoors.
-$222k richly furnished. $112K empty
