Here is Kakyou Kuzuki, the Yumeni (dreamgazer) of the Chi no Ryuu (Dragons Of Earth) from the CLAMP manga "X/1999".

After witnessing the death of his beloved Hokuto Sumeragi (from the CLAMP manga "Tokyo Babylon") in a dreamscape, he was shot by government agents in an attempt to escape his inprisonment as a powerful Yumeni. Due to this, he is kept in a secret, heavily guarded hotel suite, on life-support, to keep him alive in his state of unbroken coma, forever dreaming. In this condition, he is said to sleep until the day when the earth's fate is decided.
