This is Shibata Nobu (Last name, First name). He is one of my all-time favorite sims. I've debated hundreds of times on whether I would share him or not... and I decided that, yes, I would. ^_^ I went a little screencap-crazy. lol. There's even a screencap of Nobu with his brother Hiroyuki. Anyways, "Thank you!" to all the wonderful people who made the content I have used to create this current version of my beloved Nobu!
