Just a fun little house I made because I was bored. It's small, and only $21,000-ish so your sims can purchase it once they've saved up a little bit of cash. One bedroom, one bathroom, living room/dining room area, kitchen and driveway. Sorry guys but as far as I'm aware, you need all three EPs for this lot to work. You can try it without Uni or OfB and let me know if it works without them, but I know for a fact you need NL for the driveway.

**Note: The newspaper and lights along the front of the house aren't actually included... I had to throw the lights onto the lot after packaging it because I have the Radience Lighting mod and it makes things super dark, and the newspapers there because obviously I needed a sim to move in and turn on the lights. So no, the ugly line of lights and newspaper aren't there. ^_^
