This is my first upload, so here you go!

Two versions, Furnished (241,702), and Unfurnished (78,047).

Furnished:
Here we have all sorts! I creates a house the was built with a garage, rather than a house with an added garage.
Downstairs, we have the Garage, Lounge, Hallway, Entertainment Room, Dining Room, Kitchen.
Upstairs, we have 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, of which one has child stuff), Gym/Music room, Bathroom, Bowling ally.
Connecting the two we have a Lift, and a Stairway.

Outside is a pool, drive, party area, tree/shrubs, Swing and dog kennel.

I spent 3 hours creating this house, with no CC at all! It was designed so that the sims can create a family, and maybe run a bussiness. Intended for teens to ive there with adults rather than babies, but of course, there is some baby stuff too!

I saw the bolwing ally, and thought "I must use this", and so I have. I do think i have placed it in a nice place, with easy access.

YOu may modify this house, but if it is still recognsable as mine, you must make sure you include me in the credits. Simple.

OK, I went and bought the expansions, and installed them all at once, so I don't know what you need.
