The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, an L-shaped bath, a game area and a large family study with a fireplace.
The upper (main) floor consists of a large livingroom with fireplace, kitchen and dining area, master bedroom and bathroom, and a half-wrap porch.
Everything is of Maxis content.
It is not fully furnished or decorated because if you are like me you strip it down and redecorate it with your own custom content anyway!
