Probably my most ambitious project to date! It's based on an actual floor plan with a few modifications to allow for lot size.

This house is loaded with features:

Private master wing with a cozy retreat w/fireplace, private garden and study.
The guest suites each have their own bath.
Covered hot tub in the front garden.

Very spacious - perfect for entertaining large groups.


Priced at $122,000. Built on a 6x5 lot. The lanscaping used is a combination of Maxis items and 4ESF outdoor pack. Highly recommended and available here:

The only custom content included is a wonderful outdoor stucco created by nengi65.

Walls and floors have been added to the interior as well as some lighting - all are Maxis made. It's unfurnished, undecorated and ready for your own personal touches. The pics included are furnished just to show off the room details. All expansions are required due to items used.

Packed with Clean Installer - hack free. The only items you should find in there is the lot segment and one wall covering. No zips - don't ask!
