This is my first custom home that I've put any real thought into. It is based off a floorplan I found in a Creative Homeowner book. It is a three level home with lots of windows, a large deck on the main level and a balcony on the top floor. The concept of the design is a house built on a slope. The ground floor is little more than a garage and rec room and the main floor is above it. Unfortunately, due to the way Sims2 works, I ended up with a lot of stairs outside the house leading up to the main level. It still looks nice though!

3 Story Perspective is a four bath (full), three bedroom plus den house. It has an extra large garage (room enough for a car plus other stuff like shelves/tables), a rec room, hot tub in the back yard, a large living room, den, , large kitchen and dining, two moderate bedrooms and a massive master bedroom. The total cost of this home is around ยง50,000, unfurnished, no lighting, full plumbing fixtures.
