Hey just thought ide upload this lot. I havent seen many Lots that use stage flooring, so i decided to make one. This is my first upload I hope you like it.
The Lot includes a little pond behind the house I think it looks nice.

I used Clean Installer so there shouldnt be any content other than that provided by Maxis.

The Lot is furnished, feel free to change things around to your own taste.
