Hey there everyone!! It's been quite a while since I've uploaded anything...I'm finally over my disappointment and anger with the split-level tool in OFB...lol

Today I have a moderate house on a 3x3 lot. The 1st floor has an open floor plan and is quite spacious.

I forgot to get the price, but it was about 190000. That's above the price.
