Hey everyone!! I got something a little different for you this time. I saw a house design in a magazine that I really liked. The masterbed was a split level...so I decided to test my creativity!! Here it is...sorry it's so big.

Monterey
------------
A luxury split level home on a 5x3 lot featuring a 2 car garage and pool. Not for your average sim!

Features
------------
3 Bedrooms
2 Bathrooms
Small mini bar room
Fully furnished, landscaped, and decorated!
No hacks or custom content (as always) and packaged with the Clean Installer.

Cheats (I used a ton, so bare with me!!)
------------------------------------------
roofslopeangle 35 - change the roof slope

boolprop constrainfloorelevation false - to connect the house to the carport

moveobjects on - item placing. (the garbage can is in the carport)

boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true - item placing

boolprop snapobjectstogrid false - item placing and building

and...the one that lets you build more than 5 levels, I forgot what it is. The house actually has 7 levels including the roof, but most of the levels are dummy levels. (Meaning that the walls are about a fourth of the size of a normal wall and don't contain anything on that floor.)

Price - §203,010

I tried to give this house an original look. I used different furniture decorating styles and I think it all looks well together. I really hope you enjoy this because I nearly pulled all of my hair out trying to get it just right.

Graphical Errors
-------------------
There is a graphical error with the stairs that are in the master bedroom. when you are on the second floor, you can see the bottom of the stairs through the main stairway opening going to the first floor. When you go down to the main floor you won't see it. I don't know what is causing that.
