Here is the notorious slobby bachelor's trailer from The Sims Bustin' Out. Only, this is the clean version. Sorry, no piles of trash sitting around stinking the place up. I figured you could make your own Dudley to to make this trailer genuinely trashed!

Costs- $36,546 on a 2x4 plot of land. Furnished as closely as possible to in game.

This lot comes with just a few custom items. I created the floor found in the bedroom, the living room wallpaper, the bedroom wallpaper and the outside siding. All in hopes of making the trailer more authentic.

A few things I am sad to say I couldn't find a suitable replacement for:
The spool kitchen table, the air hockey table, and the gaming system. Sorry! If anyone knows where any of those things are available I'd appreciate it if you could leave a comment.
