Hi Guys

Worked for a long time on this lot. It's based on real floor plans from a housing development in Ireland. (I've attached screen shots of the real floor plans). This is a very spacious 4 Bedroom family home with a Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen/Breakfast Room, TV Room, Sun Room, Utility Room off the Kitchen. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and the master bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and the Master bedroom also has a walk in closet/dressing room. There is also a covered jacuzzi in the back yard as well as a patio area and a large pool. It comes fully furnished (with the exception of a phone/fire alarm because I always forget to put them in!). The house is custom-content free and I have scanned it with clean installer. It is for sale for $164,984 (And how much I wish that a house like this in real life was this cheap!). The only thing which didn't turn out as I had planned was that the main door had to go at the back of the property as that was the only way I could put the garage in as per the floor plans. Lot Size is 4x4.

P.S. I selected all of the expansion packs as I did not keep track of all of the items I used. You will definitly need at least NL for the rugs. You should probably be able to download and have it work with just the orginal game though. Please let me know if there are any problems!
