Hi,

This is a small 3x1 community lot that can be used to start your own business.
On the top floor there is a small pentry, and toilet, that can be used by your employees, but don´t forget to lock the door on the bottom floor, otherwise the customers also get access to that area...

Note: Contains custom content (outside wall coverings and Terrazzo floor tiles)!
Custom content by me, based on textures from http://www.grsites.com/. You may use it as you please, except uppload it on paysites.

Edit #1:
I discovered a problem with the public phone, which makes it impossible to call a cab from the lot!!! (Sorry about that...) I'll upload a fixed version later...
Note: You can still use it if you drive to the lot instead of taking a cab!

As it turned out, there wasn't any problem with the lot (it was me having a mental blackout), so I've uploaded it again...
