Okay, this is somewhat of an experimental lot. :nana:

The lot has five swimming pools in different sizes: One plain pool, a kiddies pool (with decorative floating toys), a relaxing pool, a diving tower pool and a diving competition pool.

The diving tower of course is mostly for show. You can make your Sims go up there and look stupid (meditate/yoga, watching clouds/stars) but I doubt you can make them actually jump of it.

The relaxing pool uses Miche's Pool Lounge Hack, so your Sims can really sit on that lounges. Be sure to choose the original Adironduck Lounge when useing the pie menu (I put the Designer Lounge over the modded Adironduck Lounge with the moveobjects cheat, so it would look a bit more like a floating lounge.

The diving competition pool uses Miche's hacked "flamingo judge" for that purpose. Be aware that so far only members of the same family can do the competition.

Inge's Teleporter painting can be found in the building at the entrance and on the outside between the two outdoor chess bords (todds are more likely to crawl straight for their toys from there).

NOTICE: Hacks that come with the lot are Miche's Diving Competition Flamingo, Miche's Pool Lounge and Inge's Teleporter Painting. It is highly recommended to use Sims2Pack Clean Installer for installation and not the Maxis Installer (because the Maxis Installer sometimes messes up the used recolors).
